Job Description:

Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional ready to make your mark with a growing, award-winning family business? We are seeking an Experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various marketing initiatives that align with our business goals & values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven marketing plan aligned with business goals
  • Lead the successful launch and ongoing optimization of our new website
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage and convert audiences
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook and Google Ads) to maximize ROI
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Monitor and refine SEO strategies to boost organic reach
  • Produce compelling video content to elevate brand storytelling

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads with proven results
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge in HighLevel CRM
